Warehouse and dispatch
- Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day
- Same-day courier within Istanbul; next-day delivery to provincial centres
- The tracking number appears in the reseller portal and by email
- Insured and sealed packaging for sensitive products such as servers and laptops
Project stock
A reseller whose project is approved can reserve products for up to 30 days. Staged delivery (partial shipments) and "blind shipment" direct to the customer's address (in the reseller's name, with reseller documents) are available.
Serial number tracking
Each product's serial number is scanned as it leaves the warehouse and matched to the invoice. This record speeds up warranty and RMA claims.
