A reseller limit against cheque, promissory note, bank guarantee or credit insurance, with term and discount options.
Term charge on a separate line
A reseller's cash flow depends on the balance between how long customers take to pay and our payment term. Our credit sales programme aims to set that balance in the reseller's favour.
How is the limit set?
Our finance team sets the limit from the reseller's last two years of financial statements, a bank opinion and trade references. Cheques, promissory notes, bank letters of guarantee or receivables insurance are accepted as collateral.
Term options
- Cash: extra discount (three levels, depending on payment day)
- 30 / 60 / 90 days: the term charge is shown on a separate invoice line at a monthly rate
- Instalment card: three to twelve instalments with partner banks; in campaign periods the commission is not charged to the reseller
Project-based financing
Because payment on public tenders arrives late, we offer flexible solutions such as extended terms after the tender and assignment of receivables. Details are set with your reseller account manager.
Credit limits are reviewed twice a year according to the reseller's financial position.
