No. Bayit Bilişim sells only to registered resellers and system integrators. End users can buy products through our resellers.

There is no mandatory purchase at the Starter tier. Extra discounts and support open up at the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers according to annual purchase volume.

Usually two working days if your documents are complete. If you want credit terms, limit assessment can take an extra two to three working days.

It varies by brand; it is generally accepted for hardware quotes above 250,000 TRY. For smaller projects special pricing can be discussed with our product manager.

Because prices depend on reseller-specific discounts and contract terms, they are shown only to registered resellers in the portal. Product pages on the site are for information.

In-stock products ordered before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery is same day within Istanbul and the next working day elsewhere. You can follow the order status in the portal.

Open an RMA request in the reseller portal and enter the serial number. Our engineers test remotely and, if needed, issue an RMA number. A replacement is usually sent within five working days.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty valid in Türkiye. The warranty period varies by brand and product and is stated on the product page. Responsibility towards the end user lies with the selling reseller under Law No. 6502.

Cheques, promissory notes, bank letters of guarantee and receivables insurance are accepted. The limit is set according to financial statements, a bank opinion and trade references.
